Daily Exercise

Updated: Oct 13, 2020

(Law No. 3 of the 8 Laws of Health)

Exercise is one of the most important things you can do for your health, it's available to everyone and it's free! It strengthens the heart, helps with circulation, strengthens the lungs, boosts energy, reduces blood sugar levels, controls weight, strengthens the bones and regulates blood pressure. It also strengthens the immune system, which is vital especially in this day and age!

Exercise doesn't have to be a long vigorous work out, it can simply be a digestive walk after every meal. Although it doesn't seem like much, walking is the best exercise and it does a great deal! It aids the digestion of food and makes you feel more revitalised because each time you eat, the blood rushes to the stomach to digest your food and that makes you feel sleepy ( especially after a heavy meal ), or even bloated. So a digestive walk really helps with that, it doesn't even have to be that long, especially if you don't have much time, it can be as short as 10 minutes, just brisk walking around the block.

Luke 13:33 can be your source of encouragement!

Aerobic exercise is also benifitial to do a few times a week. That includes, swimming, running, skipping and cycling. That's fantastic for improving circulation and it also makes you sweat, ridding your body of impurities! Remember to drink lots of water before, during and after  exercising, to replenish the cells and to prevent dehydration!

For those who can't exercise, massage is a brilliant therapy for them! Massage is passive exercise which reduces muscle tension, improves circulation, stimulates the lymphatic system, increases joint mobility and flexibility, improves skin tone, improves recovery of soft tissue injuries and also relaxes the body.

Have fun exercising! 😉😄
