How to Keep Healthy During the Cold Winter Months.
We all know that it's winter now and the sun hardly appears, even when it does it's only for a short while and we're often inside.
Sunlight is very important for our overall health. So it's crucial that we supplement with Vitamin D, which is very beneficial for teeth, bones, our metabolic functions and the immune system. Although it's cold, it's still important that we go out in the fresh air, and a brisk walk will do us good! The darker you are the more sunlight you need, unless you're going to some sunny location, of course.🌅
